I would recommend Lillian to anyone seeking to buy or sell real estate. She is very knowlegeable about the area, real estate values, real estate law and finance. She is an excellent negotiator and extremely ethical. I wish I could say the same for other real estate agents we dealt with through the process. Lillian gets the job done and gets it done well. She sold my house and helped me get a house that's just right for me.
